Return & Refund Policy
At Craftingers, we aim to deliver high-quality handcrafted products with care. Since our items are made using natural materials, slight variations may occur. Please review the following return and refund terms before placing an order:
1. Natural Variations & Non-Complaint Conditions
Products may slightly differ from display photos due to natural material variations. Such differences are not considered defects.
Minor natural marks, grain patterns, or light surface scratches—commonly found in handcrafted products—are not eligible for complaints, replacement, or refunds.
2. Damage Assessment Criteria
Minor damage cases:
Small imperfections during transit that do not affect the functionality of the product will be compensated appropriately (partial refund or store credit as per the situation).
Major damage cases:
Significant breakage or deformation caused during delivery will be eligible for full replacement or return, depending on product availability.
3. Charges & Claim Coverage
All valid and verified damage-related claims will be covered by Craftingers at no additional cost to the customer.
Invalid or unverifiable claims will not be entertained.
4. Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement
To process any complaint regarding damage, the following is strictly required:
A complete unboxing video recorded from the moment the parcel is received and opened, showing the package, seals, and the damaged area clearly.
The video must be continuous, unedited, and captured before the product is used.
Complaints without a proper unboxing video cannot be processed.
5. Complaint Registration Timeline
Any damage, defect, or issue must be reported within 3 days of delivery.
Complaints submitted after this period will not be eligible for return, replacement, or refund.
6. Eligibility for Return or Refund
A return or refund may be approved if:
The product has sustained major damage proven via unboxing video.
The issue is reported within the allowed timeframe (3 days).
The item is returned in its original condition, unused, and with all packaging components.
7. Non-Returnable Items
Custom-made or personalized orders (unless damaged during transit)
Products with natural marks or minor cosmetic imperfections
Items used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
8. Refund Process
- Upon approval, refunds will be issued through the original payment method or via store credit, as mutually agreed.
- Refund processing may take 5–10 working days after the returned product is received and inspected.
